We seek to motivate positive change by reaching out to educate people in the fight against obesity, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, and all other preventable health disparities. We encourage our members to begin an exercise regime at a slow pace and build their fitness gradually. We also motivate our members to start the body moving!
